RUGER HARRIER Features
The RUGER HARRIER is a mil-spec AR-15 rifle built for dependable function, familiar controls, and practical 5.56 NATO performance. It uses a traditional direct-impingement operating system with a single-stage GI trigger, standard selector, carbine buffer system, and mil-spec control layout. The rifle is designed for range use, defensive training, and general-purpose carbine setups where accessory support and proven AR-15 ergonomics matter.
The forged 7075 receivers use mil-spec dimensions, and the lower includes a tension screw to help reduce play between the upper and lower receivers. In addition, the upper receiver includes a forward assist, dust cover, and brass deflector for a complete AR-style configuration. The nitrided bolt and bolt carrier group with a staked gas key support durability and reliable cycling under regular use. A slim free-float handguard improves handling while providing M-LOK attachment slots along the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. Picatinny rail sections at the front and rear of the 12 o’clock position allow optic, sight, or accessory placement, while QD sling sockets on both sides make sling setup straightforward. The RUGER HARRIER also includes a threaded muzzle with a removable A2 flash hider, giving users flexibility for future muzzle device changes.
