BG Defense Type-A Gordon Carbine is a short-barreled rifle built for range use, practical training, and classic military-inspired handling. It blends the Gordon Carbine profile with modern BG Defense components for improved reliability and consistency. Also, the rattlecan-style finish gives the rifle a field-ready look that fits the retro-modern build concept. As a result, it works well for customers who want a compact carbine with heritage styling and updated internal parts.
The Type-A Gordon Carbine uses a chrome-lined 5R 4150V CMV barrel for durability and long-term performance. In addition, the Allen Engineering AEMB muzzle device and SPR collar support compatibility with the AEM5 suppressor system. The clamshell handguard, A2 pistol grip, and CAR15-style stock keep the rifle’s classic profile intact. Also, the QPQ bolt carrier group with R.E.M polish helps support smooth function during regular use. The TYPE-A PMC straight 2-stage trigger gives the shooter a clean and predictable pull. Because this setup includes an Aimpoint PRO on a carry-handle pic rail and a soft rifle case, it arrives with strong range-ready value.
