Description
The Q Sugar Weasel Shorty is a 300 Blackout short-barreled rifle built around the same fast-twist barrel and gas system philosophy Q uses on the Honey Badger, offered in a more straightforward package. The 7-inch barrel and 6-inch M-LOK handguard keep the overall length tight, which is the point of a registered SBR in this caliber. Shooters running suppressed subsonic loads or looking for a compact truck gun in 300 Blackout are the natural audience.
Finish on this configuration is a two-tone FDE and gray Cerakote over an M16-spec forged receiver set. The Cherry Bomb muzzle brake up front is threaded 5/8x24 and doubles as a mounting surface for compatible Q suppressors. Registration as an NFA short-barreled rifle applies, and a tax stamp is required.
