SOF RSAW 8″ .300 Blackout 30rd, SBR, Grey
1 in stock
Description
The SOF RSAW is a semi-automatic short barreled rifle chambered in .300 Blackout, built on an AR pattern and configured with an 8 inch barrel in a grey finish. Rather than treating .300 Blackout as an alternate chambering dropped into a 5.56 carbine, the RSAW is laid out around how the cartridge actually gets used: short barrels, suppressors, and a mix of subsonic and supersonic ammunition in the same outing.
Barrel length and gas tuning are matched to keep the system running across that ammunition spread, which is where a lot of short .300 Blackout builds get fussy. Shooters working in confined spaces, running a can, or wanting one registered SBR that covers both quiet subsonic work and supersonic loads inside a few hundred meters are the natural audience for this one.
SOF RSAW Features
- 8 inch barrel with a 1:7 twist that stabilizes heavy subsonic projectiles while still shooting lighter supersonic .300 Blackout loads predictably
- Short barrel rifle configuration that keeps overall length manageable for vehicle work, tight interiors, and improvised firing positions
- Gas system tuned for suppressed operation, cutting down on blast and flash signature compared to short 5.56 setups
- Semi-automatic AR pattern operation, so controls, triggers, and furniture follow familiar conventions
- Grey finish across the rifle for a consistent, low contrast appearance
- Ships with one 30 round magazine, ready to run out of the case
