Overview
The Vaultek 20 Series ViSN Biometric NV20i is a compact, high-security smart safe engineered for rapid access and secure storage of compact and full-size handguns, valuables, and essential documents. With WiFi-enabled ViSN technology, anti-theft construction, and multiple access methods—including a high-resolution biometric scanner—it provides an intelligent, connected, and reliable protection solution for home, office, or vehicle use. Performance & Design
Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge carbon steel with a durable powder-coat finish, the NV20i resists corrosion and physical tampering. The built-in anti-pry bars, internal hinges, and patented double-locking impact-resistant latch keep the safe secure under force. WiFi connectivity allows for real-time alerts, activity logs, and system management through the Vaultek ViSN mobile app. The safe runs on AC power with backup AAA batteries for up to three months of auxiliary operation.
Ergonomics & Controls
The NV20i includes a large, high-resolution biometric scanner capable of storing up to 80 fingerprints for quick entry. A Smart Sense proximity keypad automatically illuminates in low-light environments, and the auto-opening top door provides immediate access to stored items. It fits pistols up to 10.7 inches in overall length, as well as magazines, cash, passports, and small valuables. Pre-drilled mounting holes and an included steel cable allow for convenient installation in desks, nightstands, or vehicles.
Sights & Optics
Designed primarily for secure storage, the NV20i safely accommodates optics-equipped pistols as long as they fit within its internal dimensions. Soft foam padding protects firearm finishes and accessories.
