The HOPPE'S BORESNAKE is a compact cleaning tool designed to simplify shotgun barrel maintenance. It allows shooters to clean a 12 gauge barrel quickly without the need for traditional cleaning rods or multiple tools. Hoppe’s designed the BoreSnake system to provide a fast and effective method for removing fouling and residue during routine firearm maintenance.
This cleaning tool combines a built-in bronze brush with a woven cleaning cord to loosen fouling during the first pass through the bore. In addition, the extended floss section pulls debris and solvent residue through the barrel to help leave the bore clean. The weighted brass pull cord also allows users to guide the BoreSnake easily through the barrel from chamber to muzzle. Because of its compact design, the BoreSnake fits easily in a range bag or field kit for quick cleaning between shooting sessions.
