Romarm WASR 10 7.62x39mm 30rd, Wood Furniture
1 in stock
Description
This Pre-Owned Romarm WASR 10 is a Romanian AKM-pattern semi-automatic rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm, built on a stamped steel receiver at the Cugir Arms Factory under the Romarm state arms group. It is the fixed wood stock configuration, the version most shooters picture when they think of a classic Kalashnikov: natural wood furniture, a 16-inch chrome-lined barrel, and a gas-operated action that runs standard AK magazines. The WASR-10 earned its place in the US market as a straightforward, working-grade rifle rather than a collector piece.
It suits shooters who want an authentic Eastern Bloc pattern AK for range work, training, or general use without moving into premium import territory. This example is in Pre-Owned condition and comes with one 30-round magazine.
Romarm WASR 10 Features
- Stamped steel receiver built on the Romanian AKM pattern, giving the rifle the proven layout and parts commonality the platform is known for
- Chrome-lined, hammer-forged barrel that resists corrosion and holds up to steady range use with surplus and commercial ammunition
- Fixed wood stock and wood handguard for a traditional AK feel, solid cheek weld, and no adjustment hardware to work loose
- Gas-operated semi-automatic action that handles a wide range of 7.62x39mm loads with the reliability the design is built around
- Standard AK magazine compatibility, so feeding devices are easy to source and swap
- Manufactured by Cugir, one of the original Warsaw Pact arsenals, rather than a parts-kit build
