PTR 9SDM-B SBR Features
The PTR 9SDM-B SBR is an NFA-regulated 9mm semi-automatic platform built around the roller-delayed operating system. It combines MP5-style handling with PTR’s TRUE SD ported barrel system and an included VENT SDM suppressor. This design is built for shooters who want a compact, soft-shooting suppressed platform for range use, training, or dedicated PCC work. It also includes a heavy-duty range case, two magazines, Magpul MBUS Pro steel sights, and a trigger cable lock.
The 9SDM-B uses a ported barrel design that helps reduce velocity while directing gas into PTR’s USDA pre-suppressor system. In addition, the VENT SDM suppressor uses 3D-printed titanium construction, PIP technology, and a DLC coating to support sound reduction and lower back pressure. The full-length Picatinny rail gives the shooter a solid mounting surface for optics or aiming accessories. Also, the removable M-LOK forend provides attachment space for compatible accessories. The extended charging handle improves access and can accept many Remington 700-pattern bolt knobs. Because this model combines an SBR host with an included suppressor, it is subject to all applicable NFA transfer requirements.
