This Pre-Owned Les Baer CT Brian Custom 1911 is a full-size .45 ACP single-action pistol built on a Les Baer National Match platform and later reworked by the independent 1911 gunsmith Tim Brian. Les Baer Custom of Le Claire, Iowa hand fits its frames, slides, and barrels for tight accuracy, and that base gun serves as the foundation for the custom work seen here. Ironwood grip panels replace the factory grips.
CT Brian builds are known among 1911 shooters for heavy dehorning along the bottom of the slide, frenched borders around the slide flats, and carefully executed polishing and matte work. A pistol like this suits the shooter who wants a hand-fitted .45 with custom-shop detailing rather than a catalog configuration. One 8-round magazine is included.
