The Jacob Grey Hex Pro is a ported double stack 1911-style pistol built for controlled recoil, flat tracking, and performance-focused 9mm shooting. Its billet steel frame and 7075 aluminum grip module create a durable, balanced platform with a solid feel in the hand. This ported configuration is intended for shooters who want faster follow-up shots, refined controls, and a modern optics-ready style competition or range pistol.
The chunk-ported slide and barrel system helps reduce muzzle rise by redirecting gas upward as the pistol cycles. In addition, the stainless steel barrel uses a 1:10 twist and PVD-coated carbon gray finish for durability and consistent performance. The billet 4140 pre-hardened steel frame is precision-ground, fully CNC-machined, and DLC coated for surface hardness and smooth operation. The 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum grip uses a hexagonal texture pattern that balances traction and comfort without excessive abrasion. A fully CNC-machined one-piece CRT trigger includes an over-travel adjustment screw and provides a light, controlled trigger press. With an armored billet ambidextrous safety, DLC tool-less guide rod, and included steel double stack magazines, the Jacob Grey Hex Pro is built as a serious ported performance pistol.
