Orthos Babushka Zulu Elite SBR is an AK-platform short-barreled rifle built for compact handling, range use, and hard-use training. It gives shooters a modern American-made AK setup with forged internal components and a Zulu adjustable aluminum stock. Also, the Highland Camo Cerakote finish gives the rifle a distinct field-ready appearance. As a result, it works well for customers who want a compact AK with upgraded materials and serious range utility.
The Babushka Zulu Elite SBR uses a stamped steel receiver with forged major components for strength and long service life. In addition, the hammer-forged bolt, carrier, and front trunnion support reliable function under regular use. The chrome-lined cold hammer-forged barrel helps resist wear and corrosion during high-volume shooting. Also, the Picatinny optics mount gives the shooter a practical path for adding compatible optics. The aluminum skeletonized pistol grip and vertical grip add modern control surfaces, while the flat blade skeletonized trigger gives the rifle a clean, upgraded feel. Because this model is configured as an SBR, it is subject to all applicable NFA transfer requirements.
