The Off Grid Scorpius Ti is a fully titanium rimfire suppressor built around 3D printed internals, finished here in FDE. At roughly 5 inches long, 1 inch in diameter, and under 2 ounces, it adds very little to the balance of a rimfire pistol or a light bolt gun. The direct thread 1/2x28 mount fits the standard rimfire thread pattern found on most 22 LR hosts.
Caliber rating covers 22 LR along with 22 Magnum, 17 HMR, and 5.7x28mm, so one can is viable across a rimfire collection and compatible PDW-pattern hosts. Short barreled semi-auto pistols are the hardest test for a 22 can, and that is where the Scorpius Ti was aimed, with consistent shot to shot suppression rather than occasional loud outliers. Rimfire fouling is unavoidable, though this design is sealed and does not require user disassembly for cleaning.
