The Otter Creek Labs Milkman is a 9mm suppressor built around pistol-caliber carbine use rather than handgun duty, with an internal flow path tuned to keep back pressure in check. Gas blowback is one of the main complaints with sealed 9mm rifle cans, and the Milkman's design targets that directly while still cutting sound on common PCC hosts. AR9 builds, MP5 variants, Scorpion carbines, Uzi platforms, MCX carbines, AKV rifles, and B&T systems all fall within its intended use.
Construction is DMLS 3D printed Grade 5 titanium, which keeps the weight at 8.8 ounces over a 6 inch length. The stepped profile runs a 2 inch rear section into a 1.5 inch forward section, and the unit wears a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish. HUB 1.375x24 threading at the rear leaves the mounting choice open, so 3-lug adapters, direct thread mounts, and QD systems can all be fitted depending on the host. It carries a 9mm rating along with 380 ACP and 38 Special, and is full-auto rated with no barrel length restrictions on 9mm.
