Description
The Noveske N4 Shorty is a short barreled rifle built around a 10.5 inch .300 Blackout barrel, a configuration that lets the cartridge do what it was designed to do in a compact package. The 416R stainless barrel carries a 1:7 twist, a hand polished chamber, and pistol length gas, which keeps both supersonic and subsonic loads running predictably. Noveske's Pig Pen muzzle device sits on 5/8x24 threads and is set up for suppressor mounting.
Billet 7075-T6 upper and lower receivers are machined as a matched set, finished in hardcoat anodizing with Armor Black Cerakote over the top. Ambidextrous controls run throughout the lower, from the Radian Talon 45/90 safety selector to the bolt release and magazine release, so left handed shooters and support hand manipulations are covered without aftermarket parts. This is a registered SBR and transfers as an NFA item.

- Noveske single stage trigger at a 5 pound pull with a DLC coated shoe and nickel Teflon hammer, a clean break without the maintenance demands of a competition unit
- B5 Systems Bravo stock and Type 22 grip on a six position mil spec carbine extension with an H2 buffer, smoothing out the impulse of the short gas system
