Description
This Pre-Owned Winchester Wildcat 22 LR is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle built around a polymer receiver assembly and an 18-inch steel barrel. Winchester designed the Wildcat platform for plinking, small game, and low-cost practice, with a layout that accepts Ruger 10/22 pattern rotary magazines and carries an integral Picatinny rail for optics. Shooters coming from a traditional .22 sporter will notice the lighter weight and the ambidextrous controls right away.
The rifle shows normal handling marks consistent with previous use and functions as intended. It comes with four magazines and the original box, which makes it an easy pick for a range rifle or a first .22 for a new shooter.
Winchester Wildcat 22 LR Features
- Field-removable lower receiver assembly lets the action drop out for cleaning without tools or a full takedown procedure
- 18-inch button-rifled chrome-moly barrel with a 1:16 twist delivers consistent accuracy with standard and high-velocity .22 LR loads
- Ghost-ring rear sight paired with a ramped post front gives a fast irons setup that stays usable even with an optic mounted on the rail
- Integral Picatinny top rail accepts red dots or rimfire scopes without buying a separate base
- Ambidextrous magazine release and reversible safety suit left and right handed shooters equally
- Skeletonized synthetic stock keeps the rifle around four pounds unloaded, which matters on long walks and for younger shooters
