Overview
The Vaultek LifePod 20 Biometric is a rugged, travel-ready lockbox designed for secure storage of full-size handguns and essential gear. Built from advanced non-metal polymer, it offers superior strength in a lightweight, weather-resistant package that floats, seals against dust and moisture, and withstands impact. With biometric fingerprint access, Smart Sense backlit keypad entry, and backup manual keys, it delivers fast and reliable access in any environment. Performance & Design
The LifePod 20 uses an internal precision-engineered lock system with an anti-impact latch for strong, secure closure. A long-life 9V battery powers the biometric scanner and keypad, while a hidden micro-USB port provides emergency power if the battery runs low. Optional anti-picking protection can be enabled for added security. The lockbox is TSA compliant, airtight, and water resistant—making it ideal for travel, camping, boating, and everyday protection of valuables.
Ergonomics & Controls
A removable interior tray provides two layers of customizable storage for handguns, EDC gear, or personal items. The integrated LED interior light improves visibility in low-light conditions, and the included carry handle enhances portability. Side compression latches and an interior rubber gasket ensure a tight environmental seal.
