Overview
The Vaultek LifePod 10 Biometric is a compact, rugged, and weather-resistant lockbox built for secure handgun storage at home or on the go. Designed to protect your firearm from impact and the elements, the LifePod 10 combines biometric fingerprint access, a Smart Sense capacitive keypad, and a built-in locking system for fast, reliable security. Lightweight, waterproof, and TSA compliant, it’s ideal for travel, vehicles, office use, boating, or backpack carry. Performance & Design
The LifePod 10 uses a precision-engineered safe lock system with an anti-impact latch to keep valuables secure. The high-resolution biometric scanner stores up to 20 fingerprints for fast access, while the backlit keypad supports 4–8 digit PIN codes. Powered by a long-lasting 9V battery, the safe can also function as a sealed, waterproof case with no battery installed. A hidden micro-USB port provides emergency power if the battery dies. Its proprietary polymer construction offers excellent durability while staying lightweight.
Ergonomics & Controls
Side compression latches seal the interior to create an airtight, water-resistant compartment that floats. The compact design stores handguns up to 7.75 inches in length and fits easily in vehicles, luggage, backpacks, or office drawers. Inside, three-piece crate foam protects the firearm, and included accessories such as a steel security cable and fabric lanyard improve usability and security.

The LifePod 10 is designed to store compact and subcompact pistols securely, including models equipped with small optics, provided they fit within the interior dimensions (7.75" L × 6" W × 1.75" H).
