Stealth Additive Works Orev Features

Stealth Additive Works Orev is a lightweight titanium rifle suppressor designed for precision hunting and competitive shooting applications where minimizing added muzzle weight is a priority. Its compact architecture uses additive manufacturing to combine strength, internal geometry, and reduced mass within a durable suppressor body. The design is intended to limit point-of-impact shift while providing effective sound and recoil reduction across compatible rifle cartridges. Modular endcaps allow the suppressor to be adapted for different projectile diameters and shooting configurations.

The Orev is additively manufactured from Grade 5 ELI titanium, providing a high strength-to-weight ratio along with corrosion resistance for extended field use. Its swappable endcap system supports a standard .30-caliber configuration or a smaller-aperture endcap for cartridges using projectiles 6mm and below. A HUB-compatible 1-3/8x24 rear mounting interface provides flexibility for direct-thread adapters and compatible suppressor mounting systems. The suppressor is rated for cartridges through .300 PRC, with manufacturer-specified barrel-length restrictions applying to .300 PRC and .300 Winchester Magnum configurations. Its lightweight construction makes the Orev particularly well suited to precision rifles carried over long distances or configurations where maintaining rifle balance is important. The titanium construction can also be maintained using compatible suppressor-cleaning solutions or ultrasonic cleaning methods according to manufacturer recommendations.
