The Spyderco Paramilitary 2 Salt is a manual folding knife that pairs the well established PM2 platform with Spyderco's corrosion-resistant Salt Series treatment. The 3.45-inch clip point blade is ground from CPM MagnaCut stainless and finished in black DLC, a combination aimed at shooters, boaters, and anyone working around salt air or constant moisture. Black G-10 scales with Spyderco's Caribbean bi-directional texture give the handle grip without chewing up a pocket.
Opening is handled by the trademark Spyderco thumb hole, and the Compression Lock sits on the spine side of the handle so the blade can be closed without putting fingers in its path. At roughly 3.9 ounces with an 8.26-inch overall length, it carries like a working folder rather than a novelty. Made in Golden, Colorado.
