Description
The Ruger American Ranch Gen II is a compact bolt-action rifle chambered in 300 Blackout, built around AR-15 pattern magazines and a short, threaded barrel. Ruger reworked the American platform for this generation with revised ergonomics, a spiral-fluted barrel, and a factory muzzle brake, keeping the rifle short enough for truck duty, blinds, and thick cover while staying comfortable to shoot from field positions. The FDE Splatter stock paired with Cobalt Cerakote metalwork gives it a working finish that hides handling marks.
Shooters running suppressed subsonic loads or hunting hogs and deer at moderate range are the obvious audience here. The 1:7" twist stabilizes the heavy subsonic bullets that 300 Blackout is known for, and the 5/8"-24 threaded muzzle accepts common cans and brakes. A factory Picatinny base is already installed, so glass or a red dot mounts without sourcing a separate rail.
