Description
This Pre-Owned Masterpiece Arms DS9 Hybrid is a wide-body, double-stack 1911-style 9mm pistol built around a single-action, recoil-operated design and a hand-fitted stainless bull barrel. The 4.6 inch configuration wears a barrel-mounted single-port compensator, which puts it in the compensated Tactical Comp branch of the DS9 Hybrid family. MPA builds these for USPSA, Steel Challenge, and 3-Gun work, where a flat-shooting 9mm with a tuned trigger and high magazine capacity earns its keep on the timer.
Frame and slide are machined from billet steel rather than cast or MIM parts, and the full-length dust cover carries an integral light rail. Sighting is handled by MPA's Accuracy X Multi-Sight modular system, so the pistol can run irons or a slide-mounted optic depending on how it is set up. This example is offered as a Pre-Owned firearm and comes with two magazines and the original soft case.
