The BURN PROOF GEAR SUPPRESSOR COVER is engineered for sustained heat mitigation during demanding firing schedules while maintaining a secure fit and controlled profile. Designed for heavy-use applications, this cover manages thermal buildup to reduce mirage distortion and protect surrounding equipment from excessive heat transfer. Its construction prioritizes durability and safety, making it suitable for both semi-automatic and full-automatic platforms when properly configured.
Built from Kevlar fabric sourced from U.S. suppliers, the heavy black configuration is heat rated up to 1000°F and optimized for higher firing rates. An integrated internal FR sleeving system rated to 1200°F provides an added thermal barrier, helping insulate the suppressor body and limit direct heat transfer. This layered design supports extended strings of fire while maintaining structural integrity. For higher volume shooting, additional FR sleeving can be installed to increase thermal resistance, though this will expand overall diameter and may affect fitment. As with any suppressor accessory, users should allow the system to cool if it becomes too hot to handle, particularly during rapid fire sessions.
