AIRISAKA DEFENSE INDEXER M-LOK IDX-M Features
AIRISAKA DEFENSE INDEXER M-LOK IDX-M is a low-profile rail accessory for shooters who want a cleaner support-hand reference point on an M-LOK handguard. It improves control without adding the bulk of a larger hand stop or vertical grip. As a result, it fits compact rifles, defensive carbines, and general-purpose builds where hand placement matters. Arisaka also positions it as a slim M-LOK version of its Finger Stop.
The AIRISAKA DEFENSE INDEXER M-LOK IDX-M uses a slim profile with a slight radius on both faces, so it stays comfortable while keeping the handguard uncluttered. In addition, shooters can place it between the index and middle finger as a forward reference point. They can also use it as a compact hand stop or brace it against a barricade for added stability. The aluminum body keeps weight low, while the wider front face adds more utility than a simple finger ledge.
