Description
The Primary Arms SLx 1X MicroPrism is a compact 1x prism sight built around the green ACSS Cyclops Gen II reticle, packing a full prism optic into a housing roughly half the size of the Compact 1x Prism and better than 20 percent lighter. Its etched reticle is the main draw for many shooters, since the aiming point stays usable with the illumination off and stays crisp for eyes with astigmatism that struggle with a traditional dot.
Carbines, PCCs, and AK pattern rifles all fit the brief here. The included mounting system uses the industry standard mini prism footprint and offers eight height configurations out of the box, from a 1 inch centerline for low comb stocks to over 2 inches for night vision and heads-up shooting, so absolute co-witness or lower 1/3 is a matter of stacking the right pieces rather than buying another mount.
