Primary Arms SLx 5X MicroPrism 5.56/.308 is a compact, precision-focused optic built for shooters who want extended range capability in a lightweight footprint. Part of the trusted SLx optics line, this microprism weighs just 8.5 ounces and measures only 3.31 inches in length, offering magnified performance comparable in size to many red dots.
Featuring crystal-clear glass and fixed 5x magnification, the SLx 5X MicroPrism enhances precision at distance while maintaining a wide 21-foot field of view at 100 yards. The forgiving 2.7-inch eye relief supports fast target acquisition, even in close-quarters applications.
The etched ACSS Aurora 5.56/.308 yard-based reticle provides ballistic holdovers optimized for 5.56 and .308 cartridges, simplifying ranging and first-round engagements. Because the reticle is etched, it remains visible without illumination and offers a sharp image for shooters with astigmatism. Illumination includes 13 brightness settings with 3 night vision modes, and the highest settings are Daylight Bright®. AutoLive motion-sensing technology preserves battery life, delivering up to 29,000 hours on a medium setting using a single included CR2032 battery.
The optic includes a ruggedized mounting system with an industry-standard mini prism footprint and eight mounting height options, including absolute co-witness and lower 1/3 configurations. Windage and elevation adjustments provide 50 MOA of total travel with 0.25 MOA click values.
