FN SCAR 15P is an ultra-compact 5.56 NATO pistol built around the proven SCAR operating system for reliable performance in a highly maneuverable format. Its short-stroke gas piston design helps the platform run cleaner while maintaining the durability and consistency expected from a hard-use firearm. Built for fast handling in confined spaces and adaptable setup options, it brings rifle-caliber capability into a compact package. The overall configuration is well suited for defensive roles, transport, and shooters who want SCAR performance in a smaller footprint.
The monolithic hard-anodized aluminum receiver gives the FN SCAR 15P a rigid foundation and supports a broad range of accessories through MIL-STD-1913 rails at four positions. Dual ambidextrous charging handles remain static under fire and can be swapped to either side, giving the user greater flexibility across different shooting positions. Ambidextrous safety and magazine release controls further enhance the platform’s usability for both right- and left-handed shooters. A hammer-forged, chrome-lined, free-floating barrel supports durability and consistent performance, while the three-prong flash hider helps reduce visible muzzle flash. A vertical Picatinny rail with integrated sling QD cup adds another layer of utility for modern sling and accessory setups.
