IWI Zion Z-15 5.56 NATO 30rd

Description
The IWI Zion Z-15 is IWI US's take on the AR-15 platform, and this Z15TAC11 configuration pairs an 11.5-inch barrel with a direct impingement gas system in a package the ATF classifies as a pistol rather than a short-barreled rifle. Assembly happens domestically in Middletown, Pennsylvania, with IWI building the gun around familiar AR-pattern parts so magazines, optics mounts, and accessories carry over without surprises.
Short barrel, free-float handguard, and an adjustable brace make it well suited to home defense distances, vehicle storage, and carbine training where a full-length rifle gets in the way. Shooters stepping into their first AR pistol will find it straightforward, while anyone already running the platform gets a truck gun that feeds from the same 30-round PMAGs sitting in the range bag.
IWI Zion Z-15 Features
- 11.5-inch 4150 chrome moly vanadium barrel with a 1:8 twist handles the common 5.56 NATO bullet weights and keeps overall length manageable in tight quarters
- Nitride-treated bore and black anodized receivers hold up to carbon, solvents, and sweat better than bare steel or raw aluminum
- 10.5-inch free-float M-LOK handguard keeps barrel harmonics undisturbed and leaves plenty of real estate for lights, hand stops, and sling mounts
- SB Tactical SBA3 adjustable brace lets the gun collapse for storage and extend to fit different body armor setups or shooters
- 1/2x28 threaded muzzle accepts standard 5.56 flash hiders, brakes, and suppressor mounts
- B5 Systems grip improves purchase over a standard A2 grip, and one 30-round Magpul PMAG ships with the pistol
