Zastava Arms Model M57 Yugo 7.62×25 Tokarev 7rd, Blued
1 in stock
Description
This Pre-Owned Zastava Arms M57 is a Yugoslav-built derivative of the Soviet Tokarev TT-33, chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev and built entirely from steel. Zastava lengthened the grip frame over the original TT-33 pattern, giving the pistol a fuller hold and a taller magazine well. Service with the Yugoslav People's Army and police ran from the early 1960s into the 1990s, and the design retains the straightforward single-action, short-recoil layout that made the Tokarev family so serviceable.
This example was refurbished by PW Arms and wears a blued finish over the steel frame and slide. It comes with the original box, the original manual, and two 7-round magazines. The high-velocity 7.62x25 cartridge and flat-shooting character make it a solid pick for collectors of Cold War service arms as well as shooters who enjoy range time with surplus-pattern pistols.
Zastava Arms M57 Features
- All-steel frame and slide give the pistol substantial heft that settles recoil from the brisk 7.62x25 cartridge
- Single-action, short-recoil operation with a locked breech, a proven arrangement carried over from the Tokarev lineage
- Extended grip frame compared to the TT-33, offering more hand contact and a longer magazine well
- Fixed front blade and rear notch sights that hold zero and stay out of the way during handling
- Blued steel finish consistent with the pistol's military service heritage
- Ships with two 7-round magazines, the original box, and the original manual
