STREAMLIGHT TLR-8 HL-X G Features
The STREAMLIGHT TLR-8 HL-X G is a rail-mounted tactical light with an integrated green laser for handgun use. It gives users a bright white light and a visible aiming reference in one compact unit. As a result, it works well for home defense, carry, duty, and range use. It also uses a multi-fuel battery system, so users can run either a rechargeable battery or a CR123A battery.
The aluminum body gives the light a strong feel without adding unnecessary bulk. In addition, the front-loading battery design lets users change batteries without removing the light from the firearm. The rail clamp system also makes mounting simple and secure. Because the clamp attaches without placing hands in front of the muzzle, setup is safer and easier. The rear paddle switches can be changed to match the user’s grip and control style. Finally, the Safe-Off feature helps prevent the light from turning on by accident during storage or transport.
