The Stern Defense RAB-AD (Rapid Attach Buttstock Adapter) lets you quickly detach and reattach your AR stock or brace without tools, modifications, or wasted time. Perfect for compact storage, transport, or mission-specific setups, the RAB-AD ensures a secure, repeatable fit every time.
Precision machined in-house from 7075-T6 aluminum with hardened steel internals, this adapter is rugged, lightweight, and compatible with direct impingement, gas piston, blowback, and radial delayed blowback AR systems. The tool-free design uses a push-and-twist mechanism for simple operation while adding only 1.25" to your length of pull.
