This Pre-Owned Smith & Wesson Model 659 is a traditional double action/single action 9mm pistol from the company's second-generation semi-auto line, built in stainless steel as the counterpart to the blued Model 459. The all-steel frame and slide give it the weight and muzzle behavior that made these pistols popular with police departments and duty carriers through the 1980s, and that same mass keeps recoil mild on the range today. It suits collectors of S&W's metal-frame autos as well as shooters who simply prefer a hammer-fired pistol with a manual safety and a steel feel in hand.
This example comes with two 14-round magazines, the original box, and the original manual.
