Description
This Pre-Owned Shadow Systems War Poet MR920 Elite is a striker-fired 9mm pistol built on the compact MR920 platform and finished in black, developed as a collaboration between Shadow Systems and John Lovell of the Warrior Poet Society. The War Poet slide treatment and branded barrel set it apart from the standard Elite line, while the underlying pistol keeps the Glock-pattern compatibility that makes holster and magazine sourcing straightforward. It suits a shooter who wants a carry-capable compact with target-pistol manners out of the box.
This example comes with a Holosun HS507C X2 red dot mounted directly to the factory multi-footprint optic cut, two 15-round magazines, and the original box.
Shadow Systems War Poet MR920 Elite Features
- Patented multi-footprint optic cut seats a red dot directly on the slide, eliminating adapter plates and keeping the optic as low as possible over the bore
- Green tritium front sight paired with a serrated steel rear gives a usable backup sight picture in low light and co-witnesses behind the mounted Holosun
- Flat-faced aluminum trigger breaks in the 4.5 to 5.0 pound range with a short, tactile reset that rewards a fast follow-up press
- Match-grade, straight-fluted War Poet barrel with conventional rifling runs lead or jacketed bullets and sheds debris well during extended range sessions
- Interchangeable backstraps adjust grip angle, letting the pistol point naturally whether the shooter comes from a Glock background or something else
- Extended beavertail, undercut trigger guard, and wrap-around texture keep the hand high and locked in through recoil
