The Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Tactical is a rimfire semi-automatic pistol built around the 1911-style 22/45 grip frame, giving shooters familiar with centerfire pistols a rimfire trainer that feels like what they already carry. The 4.4-inch cold hammer-forged barrel comes threaded 1/2x28, and Picatinny rails run along the top and bottom of the receiver, so a red dot, suppressor, and light can all live on the same gun.
Ruger's Mark IV update brought the one-button takedown to the Mark series, which removes the long-standing frustration of reassembling the older Mark II and Mark III designs.
