The PTR VENT SPIRITUS is a compact 5.56 suppressor built for hard use, heat resistance, and lower back pressure. PTR designed it for shooters who want a durable can without adding unnecessary weight at the muzzle. As a result, it fits AR-pattern rifles, training carbines, and other 5.56 setups where handling still matters. Its compact 6-inch profile also helps keep the host rifle quick and balanced.
PTR builds the VENT SPIRITUS with 3D-printed Inconel and its Purposely Induced Porosity technology. In addition, the suppressor uses a HUB-compatible layout with an included 1/2x28 direct-thread adapter, which gives the user more flexibility across different mounting setups. The DLC finish also adds wear resistance and helps the can stand up to demanding firing schedules. Because PTR rates it for limited full-auto use, the design focuses on real durability instead of just low weight.
This suppressor also keeps practical host compatibility in mind. PTR lists a minimum barrel length of 10.5 inches for 5.56x45, while also noting no minimum barrel length for 5.7x28 or 4.6x30 platforms.
