PSA PA-15 MAGPUL MOE RIFLE is a classic AR-15 pattern carbine built to deliver dependable 5.56 performance with familiar handling and practical Magpul upgrades. Its design blends a traditional front sight base and flat top receiver layout with modern materials and furniture, giving the rifle a straightforward setup that works well for training, range use, and general-purpose shooting. The overall build focuses on durability, simple operation, and broad usability rather than unnecessary complexity. That makes it a solid option for shooters who want a proven rifle format with a few thoughtful enhancements already in place.
Palmetto State Armory builds this rifle around forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers, paired with a hardcoat anodized finish for long-term wear resistance. The chrome moly vanadium barrel uses a nitride finish for added surface durability, while the 1:7 twist rate supports a wide range of common 5.56 projectile weights. A carbine-length gas system and F-marked front sight base maintain the familiar handling characteristics many shooters want from a traditional AR configuration. Magpul SL furniture gives the rifle a more refined feel than basic mil-spec furniture, with the handguard and stock helping modernize the platform without changing its core layout. PSA also includes its Enhanced Polished Trigger, which offers a cleaner feel than a standard mil-spec trigger group and helps the rifle feel more composed during repeated range work.
