Description
The Holosun AEMS-EVO-GD is an enclosed-emitter rifle sight that runs a gold reticle instead of the usual red or green illumination. Gold sits differently against bright sky, desert terrain, and visually busy backgrounds, which makes the dot easier to pick up when a conventional color washes into the target. The 1.26 by 0.98 inch window gives the shooter a wide field to work with, so both-eyes-open shooting stays fast at close range without giving up a clean aiming reference further out.
Carbine builds, duty rifles, and competition guns all suit this optic well. Holosun's Multi-Reticle System lets the user cycle between a 2 MOA dot for precision, a 65 MOA circle for speed, or the circle-dot combination that covers both jobs.
