The Glock G45 Gen6 COA is a 9mm crossover-size duty pistol that pairs the full-size G17 frame with the shorter 4.02-inch G19-length slide, and it arrives from the factory with an Aimpoint COA 3.5 MOA red dot mounted directly to the slide. Sixth generation changes center on how the pistol fits the hand and how quickly it runs: a palm swell frame with an extended thumb rest, an enlarged beavertail, an undercut trigger guard, and RTF6 texturing that blends two patterns across a larger gripping surface.
Shooters moving to an optic-forward setup get a complete package here. The slide is cut for the enclosed Aimpoint sight, three additional optic plates are included for mounting other compatible red dots, and fixed iron sights remain in place. Duty carry, range work, and competition use all fall within what this configuration handles, and the 17-round capacity with three magazines keeps it practical straight out of the case.
