CAT MOB TI Features
CAT MOB TI is a titanium 9mm suppressor purpose-built for PCC and SMG hosts, using CAT’s DiVerge pressure-management architecture to reduce sound, flash, and gas blowback. The design is optimized specifically around pistol-caliber carbines rather than serving as a generalized multi-role suppressor. Laser powder bed fusion construction allows the internal geometry to be formed as an integrated structure while keeping overall weight low. Its compact balance and low-backpressure characteristics make it well suited to suppressed 9mm platforms where handling and gas management are priorities.
The MOB TI uses titanium construction with a DLC exterior treatment for added surface durability and corrosion resistance. CAT’s DiVerge gas-flow system controls pressure through internally optimized pathways intended to limit excessive backpressure at the host while maintaining effective suppression. This HUB version uses the industry-standard 1.375x24 rear interface, allowing compatibility with a broad range of direct-thread and quick-detach mounting solutions. The suppressor’s 1.65-inch diameter provides additional internal volume while retaining a manageable overall profile on PCC and SMG platforms. CAT lists the titanium MOB without a minimum barrel-length restriction for its intended 9mm use, providing flexibility across compatible host configurations.
