Silencer Co Charlie Piston Mount is a suppressor mounting accessory built for expanding host compatibility on modular SilencerCo suppressors. It allows a piston and spring assembly to be installed for use with compatible tilting-barrel pistols. Also, it supports Omega 36M and Hybrid 46M suppressor systems.
