GBRS GROUP HYDRA V2 OPTIC MOUNT is engineered as a dual optic mounting solution featuring a 2.91 inch optic centerline to promote a heads-up shooting posture and improved situational awareness. By raising the optic height, the system helps reduce interference from ear protection, communications headsets, gas masks, and night vision equipment. The elevated position supports a more upright stance, helping users maintain a vertical spine and consistent presentation while operating in armored or fully equipped configurations.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a Type III Class 2 hard coat anodize, the mount is built for durability in demanding environments. The integrated, elevated MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny platform allows direct attachment of accessories such as aiming devices, lights, or thermals, optimizing limited rail space on compact platforms like PDWs and SMGs. By lifting accessories closer to the optic, the HYDRA V2 reduces grip compromise and shifts weight toward the centerline over the magazine well for improved balance. A pass-through channel in the neck supports cable management or iron sight visibility on compatible variants. The clamp bar and hardware are constructed from 17-4 PH stainless steel with Melonite QPQ treatment for added strength and corrosion resistance.
