ZEV OZ9 V2 ELITE HYPERCOMP is a compact 9mm pistol built for shooters who want flatter recoil and faster follow-up shots in a refined striker-fired platform. It uses the OZ9 V2 system, which centers on ZEV’s patented steel receiver and compact-format design. As a result, the pistol feels more planted than many standard polymer-frame options. This bronze version also keeps the look distinctive without changing the platform’s performance-driven role.
The ZEV OZ9 V2 ELITE HYPERCOMP adds several details that push it toward a more performance-focused setup. Its Hypercomp system uses four tapered vertical ports in the barrel to vent gas upward and reduce muzzle rise. In addition, the slide uses ZEV’s RMR cut with integrated posts for a more secure optic mounting surface. The pistol also pairs the compact OZ9 V2 receiver with a full-size X grip, which helps improve control without adding extra length or weight. Finally, it includes a PRO Flat Face Trigger, OZ9 PRO magwell, and two 17-round Magpul PMAG 17 GL9 magazines.
