The Heckler & Koch VP9SK OR is the subcompact, optics-ready member of HK's VP9 striker-fired line, built to carry the ergonomics and modularity of the full-size pistol in a shorter, more concealable package. The slide comes cut for a micro red dot, so a sight can be mounted without aftermarket machining. Shooters who want HK build quality in a daily carry size, with room to grow into an optic, are the clear audience here.
HK kept the VP9 grip architecture intact on the SK. Interchangeable backstraps and lateral grip plates let the frame be fitted to hand size rather than forcing a compromise, and the ambidextrous controls work the same for left and right handed shooters. A short accessory rail on the dust cover accepts compact lights.
