SIG SAUER HEXIUM 5.56 INCONEL SUPPRESSOR is a compact centerfire rifle suppressor engineered for high-heat, high-pressure performance on 5.56 NATO platforms. Built around a fully 3D printed Inconel core, it is designed to withstand sustained firing schedules commonly associated with short-barreled rifles and duty carbines. The monolithic internal structure is manufactured as a single unit, eliminating weld seams and reducing potential failure points under repeated heat cycling. This construction approach supports long-term durability while maintaining consistent sound suppression characteristics.
The suppressor incorporates a HUB-compatible taper mount interface, providing modularity across a wide range of mounting solutions while promoting concentric alignment with the bore. The taper interface reduces thread stress and enhances gas sealing at the muzzle. A factory-supplied 1/2x28 direct thread adapter allows immediate compatibility with standard 5.56 NATO barrels.
