The Tuna Cans 556L 9 Baffle Suppressor is the longer, higher-volume version of the brand's hard-use 5.56 can, built in-house in Texas from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel. Nine ribbed baffles thread together into a single serviceable stack, and a 3-inch blast chamber sits up front to handle the initial gas dump. Shooters running 5.56 NATO and 223 Remington carbines get the bulk of the benefit here, with semi-auto use also rated for 6mm ARC and 6mm PRC.
Length and baffle count are where this model separates itself from shorter 5.56 cans. More internal volume means more room for gas to slow down before it leaves the muzzle, which suits range sessions, duty-style carbines, and belt-fed or full-auto hosts chambered in 223 and 5.56. Host barrels should be 10 inches or longer for 5.56, 223, and 5.45. No mount ships with the suppressor, so plan on a 1.375x24 HUB adapter of your choosing.
