Description
This Pre-Owned Remington 870 Fieldmaster is a 20 gauge pump-action shotgun built on the same milled steel receiver and twin action bar design that has carried the 870 line for decades. The Fieldmaster sits as the working-field version of that platform, keeping the walnut stock and vent rib barrel while trimming cost elsewhere. A 26 inch barrel and 3 inch chamber make it well suited to upland birds, small game, and general field use, and the lighter 20 gauge frame suits shooters who want a full-size gun without 12 gauge recoil.
This example wears a matte blued finish and carries the 26 inch barrel. Condition is Pre-Owned and consistent with normal handling and use.
Remington 870 Fieldmaster Features
- Receiver machined from a solid steel billet, which gives the gun its weight-forward balance and the durability the 870 platform is known for
- Twin action bars that keep the forend moving straight under hard use, cutting down on binding and twisting during fast follow-up shots
- 26 inch vent rib barrel threaded for RemChoke tubes, letting you match constriction to upland, waterfowl, or clays work
- Chambered for both 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells, so field loads and heavier payloads run through the same gun
- American walnut stock and forend with a 14 inch length of pull, a traditional fit for most adult shooters
- White bead front sight on the vent rib for quick target acquisition on moving birds
