The Sig Sauer P365 AXG Equinox Comp is a micro-compact striker-fired 9mm built around the AXG metal grip module and an integrally compensated barrel, released as part of Sig's Elite lineup with the two-tone Equinox treatment. The aluminum alloy grip adds weight down low where it does the most good, which settles the pistol in recoil far more than a polymer-framed carry gun of this size normally would. Pair that with the two-port compensator venting gas up through the slide and muzzle rise stays remarkably flat for a 3.1-inch barrel.
This configuration suits the shooter who carries a P365-size pistol daily but wants shooting manners closer to a full-size gun. The optics-ready slide accepts a micro red dot directly, X-RAY3 day/night sights come standard underneath, and the steel magwell speeds up reloads under pressure. Three 12-round steel magazines ship in the case.
